ADDITIONAL OFFERINGS:

EARLY BIRDS (Offered to 3's and 4's)                             8:30 - 9:00 am

     This program allows an extra 30 minutes for fine and gross motor play before the start of the day. A great way to ease into the day or to expend a little extra energy, allowing children to settle in more easily. Activities focus on balance, movement, following directions, throwing, catching, coordination, and the like. Monday -Friday.

LUNCH LLAMAS (Offered to M/W and T/Th am 3's, FUNBUGS and M/W/F 4's, included in T/Th 4's)     11:30-12:30 pm 

     This program provides games and activities that promote exercise, health and wellness. Lunch is provided by families. Children engage in social skills, learn about healthy habits, gain independence and enjoy outdoor fun or indoor  when the weather permits or inside gross motor. Monday-Friday.

FUNBUG FRIDAYS (Offered to 3's and 4's)                  9:00 am - 11:30 am

     An additional half day, offered on Friday, dedicated to science, art activities, gross motor, cooking and open interest areas to play in and explore. Each week a new special activity is introduced as a group project. The children participate in various forms of weekly specials such as: developing different art media, preparing and seeing a finished baking project and science incorporated in many ways, such as cause/effect science experiments. Always a fascinating way to end the week!

IMAGINATION STATION (Offered to  4's)         12:30 - 2:00 pm

     Extended day option dedicated to the Arts (drama, stage props, music) and expanding children's imaginations. Students guide the drama and creating, when teachers query, "Where do your imaginations want to go today?"

SOCCER SHOTS (Offered to 3's and 4's) An additional add on provided by an educational partner on the CLC grounds after school.
